At IntimBright, we are committed to delivering high-quality cosmeceutical products. Please review our return and replacement policy carefully before making a purchase.


Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

* Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging
* Return requests must be made within 15 days of delivery

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used products under any circumstances.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives with a damaged or defective product (e.g., broken bottle, leakage, or compromised container — not external packaging damage), we will gladly replace it.

To request a replacement, please email us within 3 days of delivery with the following:

* Your full name
* Order number
* A brief description of the issue
* Clear photos of the damaged product

Once your request is reviewed and approved, a replacement product will be shipped to you at no additional cost.


Important Notes

* Claims submitted after 3 days of delivery may not be eligible for replacement
* Damage to outer packaging (e.g., dented box) does not qualify for replacement unless the product itself is affected
* We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet the above conditions
